Q: Please explain how the 6 month warranty works.
A: Every Platinum carpet cleaning includes a six
month spot free warranty. If you get a spot or stain
on your carpet that cannot be removed using our provided
spot remover. Just give us a call and we'll come
out and touch-up the area free of charge. The warranty
applies only to non-commercial use single family
residential home owners only.
Q: Are your techniques environmentally
sound?
A: Yes. We only use environmentally
safe cleaning and sealing products. Our self-contained
truck-mounted system reclaims all of the waste water
which is properly disposed of as federally mandated
under code 123-b section 14-6 by the Environmental
Protection Agency. Your property and landscaping are
totally protected and no contamination will touch
your yard or water table.
Q: Is steam extraction the
best method for cleaning my carpet?
A: Yes. Shaw Industries the
world's largest carpet manufacturer recommends this
method as its own research has indicated that it provides
the best capability for cleaning. Steam extraction
is recommended by most carpet manufacturers as well
as the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration
which is an independent, non-profit certification
body, to set and promote high standards and ethics
in the industry.
Q: How long will my floors
be wet?
A: Our process uses an accelerated
drying method that dries carpet within 1 or 2 hours.
Q: Do you guarantee your
work?
A: Yes. We stand behind every
job with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We believe
in the work we do and are willing to back it up. If
you aren't happy, we'll clean it again. If you still
aren't happy, you don't pay a dime.
Q: Can my carpet get cleaned
too often?
A: No. The more often you
have your carpet properly cleaned, the longer it will
maintain its lush appearance.
