Each cleaning covers up to 3 areas, totaling up to 432 square feet. You’re not limited to just carpets — your plan balance can be used for rug, upholstery, or tile cleaning as well. With multiple visits, you can choose different parts of your home each time, whether it’s the living room during one visit, bedrooms the next, or even tile and upholstery. This flexibility ensures every surface receives the care it needs. Plus, more frequent cleanings help extend the life of your floors and furniture, reduce allergens, and keep your home consistently fresh and inviting.

You’ll receive reminders to book your visits so you never miss out on maintaining a healthy, fresh home.

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time and receive a refund for the unused balance. Please note that due to credit card processing fees, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from any money already collected. We strive to make the process simple and fair.

Yes! Depending on your plan balance, you can mix and match Silver and Platinum cleanings. This flexibility lets you tailor your service to your home’s needs—whether you want regular maintenance or deeper cleaning for carpets, tile, or upholstery.

If you need to clean more than 3 areas during a single visit, additional charges may apply based on our standard pricing. You can also spread cleanings over multiple visits to make the most of your plan balance and keep all areas of your home — from carpets to tile and upholstery — fresh over time.

Yes! All plans include sanitizing and deodorizing treatments for carpets, tile, rugs, or upholstery. The Platinum plan adds advanced options like Fiber Armor carpet protector and a 3-month warranty for carpet cleaning, giving your surfaces extra protection and peace of mind.

The 3-month warranty applies to carpet cleanings only and covers issues like spots or stains that reappear after service. If you notice a problem, simply contact us within the warranty period and we’ll return to re-clean the affected carpet areas at no extra cost.
